Dr. Randhir Reghunath Pushpa is a researcher and practitioner in Knowledge Management. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, he has about two decades of industrial experience at Wipro, DXC, HP and Unisys. Dr. Randhir played a key role in helping these Organisations set-up their Knowledge Management program and leverage knowledge to boost efficiency at the team level as well as the Organisational level. His key focus areas include Knowledge Management, Smart Organisations, Digital Workplaces, Artificial intelligence and Automation, Building Thought leadership, Innovation management and Learning Organisations.
Rajesh S Dhillon is an adjunct faculty at both his alumnus, Nanyang Technological University and the Singapore University of Social Science where he delivers KM Strategy and Information management in business. With over 20 years of KM exposure, his focus areas have been in building a resilient workforce, helping the C suite leaders and strengthening the D-level executives in building a strong & robust Organisational knowledge exchange and increase Organisation targets through increased productivity and efficiency. With his background in the military and in the financial sector, he has assisted more than a dozen Organisations globally, his experience expertise lies in contingency planning, developing and implementing projects, coordinating personnel operations, assessing performance and providing effective strategies for process improvement within budget, established standards, policies and procedures.
Faiz has more than 20 years of experience across South East Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia) with 10 years in business development and operations management. Lead business transformations, leveraging on market and internal data insights, to deliver customer-centric products and services whilst achieving annual cost savings and income growth. He is an articulate communicator in English, Malay and Bahasa Indonesia – having spoken at media / conference panels and media interviews alongside political office holders and government agency leads. As a thought leader he has presented at knowledge management conferences in Australia, India, Indonesia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Thailand. His is an expert in the fields of knowledge management, non profit development, employability and adult education.
Dr. Mamatha is a KM practitioner and researcher. She has more than 20 years of experience and worked extensively in different aspects of Knowledge Management. Mamatha did her PhD from IISC on Social capital and its impact on Learning Organisations. She worked as core team for innovation, knowledge management and competency development for different verticals at Wipro Technologies. She has been Technical Lead for various Wireless Projects at Samsung, Cisco and Interdigital. Currently, she is Research supervisor at Ramaiah University and leads the Delivery Team at Acies for KM based projects.
What started off as a pet-project, is now a function Naithik heads. Having taken the lead in Knowledge Management project with the NFSSM Alliance, Naithik now focuses on onboarding NGOs & Foundations in need of Data & Knowledge Management support. With a keen interest in helping non-profit Organisations achieve impact at scale, his effort has been key to Acies Innovations' work in the non-profit sector. As the Chief Technology Officer of Acies Innovations Madhav G S takes care of Solutioning, Technology Leadership and Technical Support across the Organisation. He is an MBA holder with more than 15 years’ experience in software development, architecture & deployment across several IT functions. His major interest areas are AI, Data capturing, process automation and data visualization. He has worked in multiple geographies spanning different industries to visualize and implement major software innovations. He has keen interest in knowledge management and its capability to develop a smart future ready Organisation across the world.
Dr. Bebeka Cosandey is the Director of Sales & Delivery (Europe and the USA) of Acies Innovations, a consulting and training provider. A thought leader and practitioner of Knowledge Management (KM), Organizational Development (OD), and Leadership Strategy, she has an extensive scientific and technology background with experience in Public Health/NGOs, Pharmaceutical Industry and Academia. Bebeka has expertise in knowledge & innovation management, change management, organizational development & strategy, talent markets, DEI, communities of practice, and leadership.
Syam is a post graduate in Law from University of Kerala with rich experience in ISO (International Organisation for Standardization) Standards Consulting, Corporate structuring, Company incorporation and related matters in Middle East. He is the Founder & Managing Director of AURION, top branded Business Consultants in the UAE. He is a recipient of ‘India’s Greatest Leaders in Middle East – 2018’ award instituted by AsiaOne Ltd. He also has in-depth knowledge in ISO 30401:2018 and acts as Senior Consultant & Advisor to Acies Innovations.
Data is Arnica's play ground - whether it is aggregating, analyzing, drawing insights, predicting/forecasting, she's got it all. She has experience as a Python developer, in Data Science and Machine Learning. With a Masters' Degree in Computer Science, she has proficiency in Statistical Analysis, Predictive Techniques, AI and Natural Language Processing. Her passion also lies in content and SEO, and she's always up to any task that comes her way.

Sourabha Rani Solomon is a researcher and an analyst. Having started her career as a Research Associate in the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Sourabha continued her stint for over a decade in Euro-India Research Centre, Bangalore where her prime focus was facilitation and execution of Indo-European research collaboration projects across sectors. Sourabha’s areas of expertise include market and business research, partnership building, business development, project planning and execution.
As the Microsoft Practice Head of Acies Innovations, Arun Varghese is focused on identify and analyzing potential opportunities with Microsoft Solutions. He is an MBA graduate with technical expertise in leading and supporting pre-sales. Anandu Arjun is responsible for all the design related activities in Acies Innovations. He develops new user-facing features, determine the structure and design of web pages, build reusable codes, optimize and create the web pages. He is an expert in various design software's and programming languages. He has been doing this for last three years. When not designing he enjoys playing football and follows Manchester United and Argentina.
Hank is an experienced Knowledge Management and Transformation Lead, Specialist, Practitioner, Author and Speaker with over twenty years working in the fields of Knowledge, Information, Change Management and Learning and increasingly Digital Transformation. Hank is a recognised KM subject matter expert delivering solutions with a blend of people, process, content, learning and technology. He has experience with implementing KM internationally, including the Middle East, Europe, the US and Japan across multiple industry sectors including energy (oil, gas and renewables), engineering, and Central Government. He actively develops Communities of practices, currently supporting exciting initiatives in Oman covering R&D and Innovation. He has led numerous KM and IM teams, speaks at international KM conferences, and is a Master Certified Knowledge Manager (MCKM) with the Knowledge Management Institute. He has contributed authorship to global KM publications, most recently in The KM Cookbook (2019) and The Knowledge Manager`s Handbook 2nd edition (2019) and published his first book in 2020, KM – A primer and catalyst to support Digital Transformation. He also led the successful submission for the Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award for PDO, Oman in 2019 winning both the MENA region and global awards.
Rusnita Saleh has been working and applying knowledge management practices since 1998 when she implemented knowledge management concept in her learning institution development project in one of state-owned company in Indonesia. She has worked across multiple projects in Development sector including Porvery eradication and other SDG projects, where she had the opportunity to apply KM concepts. She also speaks regulary in seminars and writes on different aspects of knowledge management. Currently she is focusing on implementing knowledge management concepts in social development programs and monitoring and evaluation works.
William is a Certified Singapore Expert management consultant in marketing and branding, human capital and productivity improvement; and a certified ACTA and DACE (merit) trainer and professional adult educator. William also serves in various roles at institutes of higher learning. Currently, his roles include Adjunct Student Mentor in Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement at SMU, Project Advisor at UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute, Associate Lecturer in courses in Supply Chain Management at the School of Business, SUSS, and at the School of Engineering, Republic Polytechnic.
